A connection between persons is multi leveled. as we all know there is an 80-20% rule in discussion and communication .The communication is not only the words we say and hear, but also the 80% of other non-verbal signs the other person can read and submit himself or herself.
This complexity is reduced in our everyday Hybrid environment and ever person needs to overcome the difficoulty of not seeing hearing or touching the 80% of the communication streamed towards him or her.
TRICKS AND TIPS
A tip can be to even forcefully have the persons in a call regularly, and make sure that all points of interests are covered. it is also beneficial to have smaller groups talking to each other even down to 1-o-1s where person to person collaboration is fostered. Even when people work across the globe this is a tactic which brings persons together. I also see the importance of meeting in person every month if not more often.
